Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EliteTopBiz Inc.’s website, coaching services, and digital content ("Services"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You represent that all information provided is accurate.

2. Nature of Service

EliteTopBiz provides strategic coaching, consulting, and private advisory services for business executives and founders. Services may include private calls, documentation review, reports, and asynchronous consulting.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• All Services are billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled 48 hours before the next billing date.
• Payments are processed via Stripe or other secure third-party providers.
• No partial-month refunds once a session or resource has been accessed.

4. Confidentiality & NDA

All coaching and materials are confidential by default. Clients and EliteTopBiz are mutually bound by non-disclosure for all proprietary, personal, and strategic content shared unless explicitly waived in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for attending sessions, completing actions, and securing your login/account credentials.
• You may not record, share, or distribute materials without express written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, methods, and frameworks provided are proprietary to EliteTopBiz Inc. You may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute any part of the service, branding, or system without explicit permission.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship with written notice. EliteTopBiz reserves the right to suspend service in cases of violation, abuse, or fraud. No refunds are provided upon termination if services were accessed.

8. Disclaimer

Coaching is not legal, financial, or psychological advice. You agree that you are solely responsible for decisions made during or following coaching engagements.

9. Limitation of Liability

EliteTopBiz Inc. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to profit loss, client loss, or operational disruption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Toronto, Ontario unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Amendments

These Terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
