Refund Policy

At EliteTopBiz, our coaching and advisory services are time-intensive, private, and strategy-driven. As such, our refund policy is structured to reflect the value, commitment, and confidentiality involved in each engagement.

1. General Policy

Due to the intellectual and time-based nature of our services, all purchases — including subscription plans and private programs — are non-refundable once sessions or materials have been accessed.

Custom agreements are governed by their individual contracts. In most cases, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If you believe you've been billed in error, contact us within 7 business days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full.

7. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to billing@elitetopbiz.com with your full name, invoice number, and reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days and review each case individually.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for delays due to currency exchange or third-party banks.
